A clean out is the whole lot in one go, or in stages if that suits you better. Old electronics, boxes, shelving, car mats, tools, moving supplies, the couch that ended up in the garage. If it's junk to you, it's a load to me.
Show me what's going and I'll carry it out. Or drag it onto the driveway first, because curbside is usually a better price.

A few minutes before I arrive makes the day go quicker.
Stand at the garage door or the unit door and take one wide shot, then a couple closer. That's usually enough for me to price it.
Move anything you're keeping to one side, or tell me what it is, so nothing goes that shouldn't.
Propane tanks, old electronics and cords have all come out of garages I've cleared. Flag anything like that up front.
You don't have to clear it in a day. Tell me how you want to do it and I'll work around you.
